Edit: The app is functional now, though only SoraAI works for video generation at the moment. Although, in making videos involving farts, make the sound play for accommodation and without any visuals. Also, can you make the credits needed for producing a video a bit lower, like 30 or 25, because I am not too sure if the credits reset after a week has passed.

I requested a video generation, but my credits keep getting deducted each time, even though the video is not successfully generated or delivered to me. Despite this, my monthly subscription countdown has already begun. This is quite unfair, as I am being charged for a service that I currently cannot access or use. I kindly request one of the following: A pause on my subscription until the service is fully available, or An extension/credit for the period the platform has been under maintenance.

App very friendly and useful. I like this app more than other video generate app this is the best app. One disappointment if we generate one video we saw lot of ads. And finally getting error message also most of time. Most time I have generate video and saw ads around more than 15 or 20 too much of ads and it's irritating. We not getting video finally then why we saw lot of ads.
