Please, mobile money should be added to some of us who don't have bank account. Many are out there struggling to use this app but since there's no mobile money as payment method, they don't have access to use it. I want to subscribe but only debit account is appearing

I'm not using this app last month cause of wrong signals then when i stop using, i didn't unsubscribe the subscription then past at july 29 i was shocked cause my gcash account was 0 balanced and i checked the transaction its say auto debit, it's mean send automatically, so please refund my money, it cost 425 Philippine pesos

I paid for subscription few weeks I got a new phone and uploaded the app, When I try to use it it says I have to subscribe if I already did I should click on restore purchase, I did all that and I still can't get access, I tried communicating with via the app its been over a week no reply......I will return if they end up assisting me, Right now all I can say is be cautious when paying
