About this app

IDOS Super Apps is a Sales System App of PT Amerta Indah Otsuka that support Sales main activity and other activities.

DPA (short for Distributor Performance Appraisal) is an app feature that shows sales performance report of all the distributors which has collaborated with PT Amerta Indah Otsuka. Report displayed as summary in a year, quarter, month, and as well as detailed raw report. There is a feature named Leaderboard that shows top 10 distributors rank that divided into two classifications, those are Gold and Silver. This feature only available in the end of the year for user (distributor owner), but they still can see whether they included in the top 5, top 10, bottom 5, bottom 10, or unlisted. User can download DPA Scheme if they want to know about assessment mechanism. This application can only be accessed by users who already have an account provided by PT Amerta Indah Otsuka.

Approval is an app feature that help approver to approve or reject some submission, depends on the purpose. There are two feature inside this app, those are Credit Limit, and Customer Change Request. Credit Limit feature allows approver to submit transaction that exceeds transaction limit. There are several information provided by this feature to help approver determine whether they have to approve or reject the submission, such as Credit Limit, Credit Balance, Account Receivable Information, Balance Stock, Customer’s Purchases, History Approval, and Credit Limit Matrix. In the other hands, Customer Change Request feature allows approver to submit, discard, approve, or reject requests for changes on customer's information. This feature can only be accessed by Approver who have Role as Head of Branch, Head of Territory, and National Sales Manager and have account provided by PT Amerta Indah Otsuka.

Leader is an app feature that provide achievement information for Leader, such as Sales Leader and Head of Branch. These achievement comprise sales amount, effective call, outlet transaction, total call, and many more, of a team, or branch that presented in daily and monthly. Besides that, LeaderApp can support Leader to monitor Salesman daily or monthly activity and achievement. Leaders can start activities by visiting customers, selecting available activities in the app, and also confirming the customer's account receivable if any. This feature can only be accessed by Sales Leader and Head of Branch who already have an account provided by PT Amerta Indah Otsuka.
