About this app

Aionda Mail is your end-to-end encrypted mailbox with disposable addresses, calendar, contacts, files, chat and video calls – all in one app.

Encrypted on your device
• Your emails are stored encrypted in the mailbox and opened only on your device. The server never sees the content (zero knowledge).
• The methods (X25519 + ML-KEM) are designed to resist quantum computers.
• OpenPGP: send encrypted and signed emails to recipients with a PGP key.
• Phishing warning: suspicious emails are flagged, with the reason. The app asks before opening links, attachments and external images.

Disposable addresses and forwarding
• Give every service its own address and keep your real one out. If an address gets annoying, switch it off.
• Set the number of forwards and the lifetime per address, plus spam and virus filters.
• Autofill with Aionda: create a new disposable address right in another app's sign-up form.
• Widgets for addresses, inbox and today's events.

Everything in one place
• Calendar, people (contacts) and tasks.
• Files (Drive) with preview and document scanning: photograph pages and upload them as a PDF.
• Chat and video calls, end-to-end encrypted.
• Bring over existing emails from your previous mailbox.
• Without a connection you work with what is stored on your device; queued changes go out as soon as you are back online.

AI your way
• The AI assistant summarizes, translates, rewrites and drafts – in the Aionda cloud with your consent, or with an optional language model that runs right on your device.
• Emails in other languages can be translated when you open them.

Sign-in and security
• Passkeys, two-factor sign-in and 24 recovery words.
• Sign in a new device with a QR code, without typing a password.
• Review and end sessions and devices.
• Notifications carry only an encrypted wake-up signal; the app decrypts the message on your device.

For companies
• Invite employees, manage the audit archive and AI employees.

Free or Plus
You need an Aionda Mail account – free or Plus; you can create one right in the app. Plus and additional storage (shared by mailbox and Drive) can be booked in the app through Google Play or on the web. A Plus you already have works here too.

What’s new

Move your own folders, several at once. The import assistant remembers credentials with post-quantum encryption. For companies: mandatory escrow of employee mailboxes, a required reason when opening them and an audit log with reasons. Safer prompts before links, attachments and external images. Call improvements.
