App is worthless for Android phones. When you're logging in you can only type one character at time because the second you type a character the keyboard disappears, so you have to select the login or password field multiple times depending on how long your login and password word are. This has nothing to do with gui keyboard; it's the app. Poor Bluetooth remote for your devices and it causes you to burn through your phone battery fast. I the app for the Surfer Si but that's garbage too.

the skimmer (ecosurfer w2) itself works great, but none of the scheduling or eco features on the app work. It says that firmware needs to be updated to use the features, but then says everything is up to date. This makes the app mostly useless for the skimmer. For the water quality monitoring device (HydroComm), it works quite well, and it is nice to have all the products and data organized together. I just wish the features for the skimmer actually worked.

App won't launch. Starts to launch, fails, error message comes up, then it automatically restarts, and nothing happens. Relaunching the app doesn't solve the issue. It also requests your email and PW twice, once for the app, and another time for the registration. Tried restarting my phone to see if it helps, and it didn't. Phone just had the latest Android update last night. Something is broken.
