Old app worked perfect on the Surfer s1. New one remembers nothing and will not connect. Do not update! Ok this stupid thing updated again. App will not let you enter more than 2 characters for user and password. Will NOT recognize my password I have been using all along. Will NOT connect. Says my surfer is bound?! I call the help line and you want info I don't have. Like I keep my receipt in front of me. Fix this you horrible Aiper people!!

APP IS AWFUL! Installed it and attempted to create an account...I type the first letter of my email, and the keyboard disappears. So, there is not much I can do. My Husband has an Apple operating system on his phone and the app works fine. I have an Android system, so perhaps this is the issue. PLEASE fix this 🙏

The account creation screen is bugged. As soon as you type one letter the keyboard disappears and it won't let you type any further. Doesn't appear to be linked with the MyAccount from the website. Also once you manage to make it past account creation it won't let you select/change the country. Haven't gotten to use it with the device yet. But so far the app isn't very good.
