Hello, I would like to respectfully request a refund for the ₱1,450.00 charge for the cocola_gp_monthly_3day_25.99 (CoCola: Aging & AI Stylist) subscription. The amount was automatically deducted from my GCash account, and I was not fully aware that I would be charged ₱1,450.00 for this subscription. I have already requested a refund through Google Play, but unfortunately, my request was declined and I was advised to contact the developer directly. I sincerely hope you can reconsider my case.

I am writing to request an urgent refund for a purchase/subscription made through your app. My son is only 5 years old, and he accidentally installed the app and made the purchase without my permission or knowledge. I did not intend to purchase or subscribe to this app, and I was not aware that the transaction had been made. PLEASE , I ALREADY SENT YOU AN EMAIL PLEASE CHECK IT. I CHANGE MY REVIEW AFTER MY PROBLEM WAS RESOLVED

This app is clearly a complete RIPOFF! Don't waste your time or money like I foolishly did. The filters made me and anyone else who took pictures with my phone on this app look like complete monsters. They looked nothing like any of us. Not even the aging filter. Like I said, a complete rip-off...
