Every single time the internet drops out even for 1 minute the app won't work. We have had to reset the power to get it to work , as nothing else works. Having to do this multiple times a month, this is highly frustrating because I like to control the aircon with my pet at home and I'm at work on hot days. Not a cheap system to install, very frustrating as this isn't a new problem, it's been fairly consistent since installation 4 years ago.

Have had this system for nearly a year and have no issues with it whatsoever. Unsure if other users have internet issues etc. but our ezone system has never randomly disconnected. Also had no issues with remote access...maybe we're one of the lucky ones but 5* here as it does what it's supposed to. Only gripe could be that in the help page it shows Google Home integration but not on the app itself...although accessing the app is easy enough so I'm not overly bothered.

Flatters to deceive. Looks just like a modern connected app but behaves like an old stand alone. Wi-Fi connection but no Google Home integration seriously hampers its functionality. Disappointing. UPDATE Latest upgrade much worse. Auto function arbitrarily sets temperature to 20-24 degrees. This function should be a user defined temperature that keeps the house climate controlled with a user defined primary sensor. It should also respond to the times set in the scenes. Very very disappointing.
