Hands down worst booking app/site I've ever used. Clunky and slow, took me over two hours to make it to the payment page to find that I couldn't use my Korean bank card. Very frustrating. Ended up booking with someone else instead.

Is the most bad experience for cancelation. No cancelation or change reservation button. Many problems to log in and many time the server go down. But they bring the money for what? I recommend this app only for my enemies

Cannot add prepaid baggage on, trying to do so my flight in 5 days to avoid charges but my booking cannot be found through the app. If I end up getting charged full fare I won't be happy, absolutely terrible app.
