About this app

Air Calling lets your business make phone calls with AI, without dialing anyone by hand.

Add your contacts, write what the agent should say, and Air Calling's AI voice agent calls them for you. When a call ends, you see what happened: the outcome, a short summary and the full transcript.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Create an AI agent. Choose a template or write your own opening line, script and guidelines.
2. Add knowledge such as product details, pricing and FAQs, so the agent can answer questions from your own information.
3. Add contacts one at a time or upload an Excel or CSV list.
4. Call now or schedule the calls for later.
5. Review each call: status, duration, AI summary, transcript and recording.

YOU STAY IN CONTROL
• Set calling hours, and keep a do-not-disturb list of numbers that must never be called
• Calls through the API are only placed for contacts who have given consent
• Personal details such as phone numbers, emails, PAN, Aadhaar and card numbers are masked in transcripts by default
• Choose how long call content is kept, and delete data when you no longer need it
• Your workspace data is kept separate from every other workspace

GOOD TO KNOW
• Calls are made by an AI assistant on behalf of your business. You are responsible for calling only people who have agreed to be contacted and for following the laws that apply to your calls.
• An Air Calling account and a wallet balance are needed to place calls. Calling charges apply and are deducted from your wallet.
• An internet connection is required.
• Mobile number verification is needed when you sign up.
