Ever since they changed everything from the old format, it's been nothing but issue after issue. Why change something that was never broken to begin with. I cant get my other bank accounts to sync. I get constant, "error 403" messages. That requires me to call in to make a payment and they want to charge a $10 fee for over the phone payments, what a scam.

Terrible app, this one is even slower than the previous version. At least the other had other means of accessing it. I'm not a fan of having to do facial recognition as an alternate method. Navigation is lousy, bring the other app back but improved. Scrap this one as a loss to the developers part and to whoever approved this as a good idea. In addition to this review it doesn't have a biometric option for use.

What happened to the manual ledger entries to help track expenditures??? That was THE absolutely best feature. Now I either can't find it or it's gone. If it's gone, please put it back. I'm not a fan of the new app at all, but could live with it, if the manual entries were still avaliable. The new app could have been so much better and a more powerful money management tool, but we have completely missed the mark. Update: quick answer, but failure 2...it won't accept messages right now.
