Ratings and reviews

Very slow to load. I usually just switch to the host app instead of waiting 30s for this app to update. Very slow to notify of messages. Notifications don't work. Often shows alerts for a ton if old messages at once. Can't edit bookings properly on the app, it gives the wrong pricing. Income statement inaccurately shows other fees bundled as cleaning fees. Their support team is useless and slow. Direct booking system is garbage. Bad deal for hosts. Overly expensive pricing.

Absolute garbage. I have been with them for 4 years with over 100 listings. Today, they raised the price up 500% They locked me out of my account and automated messages didnt send. It cost me nearly $6000 in cancellations and lost revenue. There was no warning, there was no message. I searched all my emails and texts. Just pure greed of raising the price 5 times what i was paying and screwing my entire business in the middle of the day. Do not ever do business with them!

terrible software. not user friendly. I ended up with a double booking and they blamed me for it. also, some of the features don't work on the app which is buggy at times. when I tried to cancel my membership, they held one of my listings ransom and refused to unlink it for 48 hours. I do not recommend igms software.
