App doesn't even work. Can't even get past the first screen to enter email and just says "something went wrong". This company was supposed to deliver a package Wednesday, they made one attempt to deliver it Friday at 22:00 before they returned it back to the sender. The company's website only allows tracking and support via this app which doesn't work at all. Complete waste of time. I can't imagine this company will be in business long.

First time encountering airmee. I received an email with tracking info. Link did not work. Tried to use the app for tracking, but couldn't setup account with either phone ("please check you have a delivery") or email ("something went wrong"). Tried several times, uninstall/reinstalled app. Chat bot only on website for support, no actual person to help resolve the issue. Ends chat by telling you to download the app. I have no idea if my parcel will be delivered and no way to inquire.

The carriers provide good service, always nice and all, but the app itself is almost useless, as it often display 1 minute to delivery and the driver has at least half an hour more of driving and delivering. This could be made better in simple ways using delivery schedule data, but God knows how this is implemented in their app.
