App doesn't even work. Can't even get past the first screen to enter email and just says "something went wrong". This company was supposed to deliver a package Wednesday, they made one attempt to deliver it Friday at 22:00 before they returned it back to the sender. The company's website only allows tracking and support via this app which doesn't work at all. Complete waste of time. I can't imagine this company will be in business long.

The courier was only beeping me. I tried to call them back, of course it didn't work. I didn't get the chance to answer with that short beep, 2 minutes later, I got the update in the app that they couldn't deliver, no second attempt to call me. I also just asked them to leave it at the door, so my presence it wasn't necessary.

I had a bad experience with Airmee. First, I changed the delivery date in their app, but they still attempted to deliver my parcel multiple times on different dates instead of the one I had selected. The delivery timer in the app is also misleading. It counts down to one minute and then simply disappears. About an hour later, the driver suddenly attempts delivery. The delivery attempt was of two very quick phone calls. I looked away from my phone for just a split second, and the driver was gone
