App doesn't even work. Can't even get past the first screen to enter email and just says "something went wrong". This company was supposed to deliver a package Wednesday, they made one attempt to deliver it Friday at 22:00 before they returned it back to the sender. The company's website only allows tracking and support via this app which doesn't work at all. Complete waste of time. I can't imagine this company will be in business long.

Bethie “Moonflower” Boo
While the drivers, and customer service, are always polite and helpful, the app however is apparently a toddler, whom has yet to learn time. Every single time I expect a delivery, it goes something like this: Your driver arrives in 2.5 hours, and then after awhile 1 minute, which can turn out to be almost 2 hours of 1 minutes. It's frustrating, esp. since my intercom has decided that sometimes it just doesn't want to cooperate. Please make it more accurate. Otherwise, I'm satisfied 👍

I've been using it for a year. The tracking feature is almost useless and the same the estimated time. Half of the time the packets arrived 45 minutes before the estimated time. A lot of the time the courier calls after leaving and for 2 sec before hunging up. Countless time I was at the window while the courier hung up and no one was at the door. It would be nice to keep the tracking up for 5 minutes more just to see if the courier was really there or to run after the courier to get the packet.
