App doesn't even work. Can't even get past the first screen to enter email and just says "something went wrong". This company was supposed to deliver a package Wednesday, they made one attempt to deliver it Friday at 22:00 before they returned it back to the sender. The company's website only allows tracking and support via this app which doesn't work at all. Complete waste of time. I can't imagine this company will be in business long.

The support is super slow to respond, the app itself shows that the package will be delivered in 1 minute yet it takes over an hour to actually deliver it, the delivery personnel don't put any effort to actually deliver the package to your door, I know they're stressed and when I'm at home, I always greet them at the door so they don't have to run up and down. But for the most part, they are very unprofessional. they never deliver on time, plus their tracking has been broken for years now...

I had a bad experience with Airmee. First, I changed the delivery date in their app, but they still attempted to deliver my parcel multiple times on different dates instead of the one I had selected. The delivery timer in the app is also misleading. It counts down to one minute and then simply disappears. About an hour later, the driver suddenly attempts delivery. The delivery attempt was of two very quick phone calls. I looked away from my phone for just a split second, and the driver was gone
