App doesn't even work. Can't even get past the first screen to enter email and just says "something went wrong". This company was supposed to deliver a package Wednesday, they made one attempt to deliver it Friday at 22:00 before they returned it back to the sender. The company's website only allows tracking and support via this app which doesn't work at all. Complete waste of time. I can't imagine this company will be in business long.

Good when they arrive, and know to call my phone. But the app, the time, how long it will take the to arrive. Don't know how that is calculated, or in what universe it's correct, but it's never correct. One minute can take forever, or be delayed after 20 minutes to the next day, but the one is never changed, only after they ignore the delivery and postpone it to the next day. Why not showing how many stops before deliverying to me, as the time, seems calculated by, don't know, but wrong is it.

Incompetent delivery drivers and a 50% chance they'll be rude. Love getting a phone call where they hang up after one ring, then a second phone call I answer and hear nothing from the other side, followed by an "unable to deliver" notification. The worst delivery company available, not sure why they're used by anyone.
