Default tip is 15% and there is no obvious way to choose a different tip after the fact (I didn't try setting it to zero and seeing if it would ask me for a tip though). Driver was competent and courteous, so I would've tipped about that anyway, but it should always be my choice.

Could not find how to select date and time for pickup. Each time I tried to book I got today's date and 15 minutes. Could not enter complete address. No option for gate code, apartment number, or directions to apartment. I uninstalled it.

Very easy to book through, notifications provide great real-time updates on your ride, who's the driver, what their driving ect..
