Is Air Selangor app capable of sending Notifications? Because I have already activated Notifications on the app and on my phone settings. I have also indicated my Preferred Region which I'm interested in. Yet no Notifications was received for an Unscheduled Water Disruption. In addition, shouldn't an Unscheduled Disruption be published right in front where it's most visible? No, I had to search the whole entire app before I found the Unscheduled Disruption info hidden in page 8!

Relied on this App for distruption notification, it is good at that. But on the other hand it seems the App does not sync with Air Selangor's actual database. I have reported about leaking meter in the morning. When no action was taken until evening and called the customer service, it is revealed that there was no case logged under my account. This App is constantly being promoted as the to go medium for anything about Air Selangor. Hopefully thia can be fixed & improved.

Useless app. Your desktop site and SSIPRT are just as uselss. I am unable to register for the free water SADE program. Tried logging in - it says "no such user" . Tried registering new account - it says "this email has already been registered." Tried resetting password - the page keeps going round in circles.
