With Air Serbia’s latest application release, process of purchasing airfares and ancillary services significantly simpler thanks to a histogram which simplifies the search for low prices, the passport scanning option for easier uploading of travel documents, and the fully customized seat map, for a better view when selecting seats.

It will take you just a few minutes to check in for your flight and always have your boarding ticket handy. Our passengers’ wellbeing and safety are always our top priorities. So here is another way you can check in for a flight to your destination of choice – it’s safe and eliminates physical contact.

Here’s what you can do right now:

• BOOK A TICKET
o If you are booking in RSD (Serbian Dinars), you can already use our new simplified booking engine
o You can also book a ticket in one of the 13 currencies available on our website, using the same booking engine

• REGISTER AND MANAGE YOUR PROFILE
o Register via Facebook, Google or e-mail verification
o You can set the analytics and communications you want to receive

• EASY FLIGHT CHECK-IN FROM YOUR MOBILE PHONE
o Check in up to nine passengers in a few simple steps and avoid long waiting lines at the airport

• PASSPORT SCANNING
o Scan your passport or ID card using your phone camera and simply add documents for multiple passengers
o You can save the documents at the time of check-in or at any other time on your profile and keep them for future check-ins

• SAFE STORING OF TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
o Save your and your travel companions’ travel documents to avoid having to repeat the process the next time you check in

• KEEP YOUR BOARDING TICKETS HANDY
o Show your boarding ticket even when you are offline
o Save your boarding ticket in the Wallet application of your choice on your phone
o Send boarding tickets to yourself and your travel companions by e-mail
o Download your boarding ticket in pdf format

• USE THE APPLICATION IN ENGLISH OR SERBIAN
o Set your language preference on your profile; you can set the Serbian version to the Latin or Cyrillic alphabet

Ratings and reviews

It's a bad web wrapper that doesn't even react to back button. Even if we disregard that they built a new website (and this app) while not carrying over the the old account logins, this app itself doesn't offer you literally anything that competing apps do. It's just to buy tickets and check your flights (with a few ads from booking). And the flights aren't properly loaded in your account, as you have to fill in the data every time (as if not logged in)

I can't see my flights that I bought tickets for via call centre. It's so easy to implement that, why don't you add it? Also, your payment page showed error, my money was gone and tickets not bought... I had to wait a month for a bank to give me my money back.

App is a good start but has many shortcomings. If flight is not available on my dates => suggest dates. Plan dates well in advance - we do. You can't stay in business if we can't book flights.
