App keeps shutting down. Can't access it. Error says it has a bug. Super annoying. Give all my passport info now can't access it. Makes me super nervous about using this. A month later and this app is still GARBAGE! Why ask thousands of passengers to keep getting this stupid app when it doesn't work? Start over. Try again. There were six of us sitting in an airport for 2 hours and none of us could get it to work. On the way home? Same thing. Why even tease people that this will work.

It's impossible to scan your passport, as it is a reflective document and the app tells you to avoid reflections (tried doing it in a dark area, under the table, under a blanket, etc, no dice). so not sure how the developers of this thing put that together. Makes the app completely useless. Also shows an error message when attempting to delete your acct, so overall, three thumbs way way down

I would give this no stars if that was an option because I cannot even get into the app. No matter what I do it keeps returning to the unlock screen. Support said to uninstall and re install the app. That did nothing. Still can't get in. Updating now. Scanning my fingerprint multiple times successively finally let me in. Most recently I had to scan my fingerprint 89 times before I could use the app. It's different each time.

With this release, we are improving the passport enrollment experience for the Curaçao Express Pass service to let you have a seamless arrival process at the Curaçao International Airport (CUR). Share your verified passport and travel information before your flight, then access a designated lane at the airport where you’ll simply show your face to quickly process through the eGates.
