App usage is irritating.... irresponsible personnel and really useless app. taking too much time to use, lengthy process to everything. no one responding.... I want to return all.... even I loss....

Please update mitra app .... because recharge plans showing incorrectly......299 Plan shows 1gb/day 28days....but actually it's 1.5gb/day......so this is big mistake.....so please fix this problem....

The application is functioning well overall. However, I am encountering an issue when attempting to recharge a number. If my Mitra balance is low, the recharge request is canceled. Later, after adding sufficient balance and trying again, the system displays a "duplicate request" error. If the recharge has not been successfully completed, why is it being flagged as a duplicate request?
