I want to say that if device authentication is done by finger scanning because Airtel Mitra app does not work on ios and those who have iPhone cannot remove their SIM from iPhone because. My SIM works in Ultra Watch and also in MacBook and it is SIM E SIM so it would be better that you get the app authentication done only by scanning the finger. The agent should do the app authentication by scanning his finger. You can do this because the digipay agent can do it by scanning the finger. Performs

Pls 1) Enlarge the size of number entered by customer to max so that it is easily read and checked by them for any error . 2) Don't go to offers immediately upon entry of number as customer doesn't get a chance to check it. Add button, upon hitting will lead to offers. 3) If recharge fails due to low balance or wrong pin then don't make us wait for 2nd try. 4) During activation, if there is any error in using sim, then it should be checked while QR scanning only, and not at submission. It will take 3 to 4 times to login, very slow after update and weather we put the right password it shows only user credentials invalid,after 3 attempt the account is locked for showing too many wrong password entered. What a joke even I put the right password. Very very bad worst update.
