Use Mitra app to manage all your Airtel retailer account & services at One place. Mitra provides a simple, intuitive user interface makes it easy for the retailers to use. Also, there are no usage charges on this app.
Mitra Offerings:
1. Live balance and a notification when the balance falls below the minimum amount

2. View tariff plans of full talk time, top ups, daily packs, SMS, internet packs and roaming packs of not just 1 state but all states in India

3. Live updates of last 20 transactions on LAPU (retailer to customer)

4. Search functionality for searching up to 72 hours of LAPU transactions

5. Raise wrong recharge reversal request and get it reversed within 15 mins of request

6. LAPU purchased from FSE up to 72 hours

7. Keep track of all the commissions received from LAPU at real time and the monthly backend commissions

8. Find status of a customer activation initiated by the retailer

I intended not to give you even a single star. I here suggest to include an option of adding balance by retailers itself as the other service provider retailer apps (V!) (Jio). There were multiple repeated scenarios scenario: As you might know the annual plans were started from 1849, 2249, and so on.... while some customers were asked to recharge us with an annual plan we were insufficient with the funds. If at all there was an add money option we will add and do the recharge seamlessly.

1, there is no permission to take screenshot in app if any problem faces in application. then how we will complain to customer care that it's problem have in app. I think screenshot option allow in application for all user it's good for user to complain customer care. 2, customer care call facility very bad. donot contact customer care esiliye. very bad

Many more bugs on this update Purchased EC from distributor details not showing.. 6 /12 months ARP Recharges not showing, if wrong recharge done for above ARP not able to Reverse the amount from customer I'd.. SMS Reversal format also not working. pls fox this issue
