I was sent to this app through the website ajeet digging and digging as to why the old version doesn't work anymore. Mind you no one has reached out to me to give feedback despite calling and emailing numerous times. I was happy, I thought I had figured it out but no this one is just as useless as the old version. They've become scammers taking our money and not giving the promised service. So disappointing.

I've been using this app for many years, and it has been working very well until around 2021. I started to have various issues, including collecting money from my bank account, but the credit not reflected on my account to make calls. Contacting them is another big issue, I emailed them a month ago after my $20 credit was not credited to my account even though it came out of my bank. I even tried to call the provided UK number, but the number is not working as well. Very poor services of late.

This is so unfair, no one is attending to my request for help to resolve calling the problem 'Call Failed acct. 263number PLUS. There is $10 credit but I cannot make calls since June. I tried to log and log back to refresh app, uninstall and reinstall. Their support service is no helping despite repeated requests for help to resolve issues.
