I've been using this app for many years, and it has been working very well until around 2021. I started to have various issues, including collecting money from my bank account, but the credit not reflected on my account to make calls. Contacting them is another big issue, I emailed them a month ago after my $20 credit was not credited to my account even though it came out of my bank. I even tried to call the provided UK number, but the number is not working as well. Very poor services of late.

This is a seriously rubbish app which I suppose reflects the cheap rates. For the past 2 weeks I have not been able to make a call longer than 48 seconds. The connection cut before I could get a conversation. After reporting the issue to Support I was told it had been resolved but it's now even worse as it now won't even connect but gives the 403 Forbidden error. Cheap but nasty app which I don't recommend. Tashinga Murare.

It was amazing when I started using it in 2019. Recommended it to several family and friends. 2022 The app has become ridiculously useless as it keeps closing when u open it up. As if that is not enough, you send feedback and they never respond or at least give out a statement to reassure customers when we should expect the service back. How can we go for seven days without the App working? Please allow us to withdraw our credit so we can use it elsewhere. Asante
