I was sent to this app through the website ajeet digging and digging as to why the old version doesn't work anymore. Mind you no one has reached out to me to give feedback despite calling and emailing numerous times. I was happy, I thought I had figured it out but no this one is just as useless as the old version. They've become scammers taking our money and not giving the promised service. So disappointing.

UPDATE - they keep telling me to update to the latest version which I did a long time ago. Despite sending proof that I bought credit that never displayed they didnt do anything. Have just been sending enails with same information back and forth and it ends with 'we are looking into your issue'. This issue happened on Nov 19, 2023 and nothing has been resolved since. Their operations need to be looked into. Very disappointed

I started using this app in 2015 and has been ok .But since beginning of this year,it has been appalling. I topped up $30 in June,the app started playing up and was advised to download a new version .It is now working but I had to topup again,I never got my $30 balance.l sent emails and text messages but no response
