I downloaded AI Scanner app and opted only for a 3-day trial of ₹10. Without my consent, confirmation, or clear disclosure, ₹2000 was automatically deducted from my account. This is a clear case of dark pattern subscription scam. I never approved any high-value or annual plan. Kindly process a full refund immediately. Transaction details can be provided if required.

Very Poor App – Waste of Time Installed AIScanner to test how it works, but it immediately pushed a 3-day trial / ₹10 subscription without proper functionality. After scanning or importing documents from the gallery, it only shows a blank page. Even after cancelling the subscription, gallery images are not visible at all. Users are asked to pay without being able to properly test the app. This is misleading and frustrating. ❌ App doesn’t work ❌ Time wasted ❌ Not recommended I strongly suggest o.

I was mistakenly debited the sum of ₦34,650 for an AI scanner service which I did not subscribe to, activate, or use at any time. I consider this transaction unauthorized.
