This app must be great IF they put a clear description on each the product, you can't just say, "this is smartphone, 5G ready, buy it!" without describing about specification, and "contact" also not clear, some seller doesn't put their contact, and there is no chat feature to contact a seller, it's funny!, Update: Ohh, there is no "delete account" option, and share data to 3rd party, creepy.

I ordered a headphone Jack and had all my address filled in for "The Delivery to Door" and paid $2 for the Delivery fee, but when my stuff arrived I have to go picked up at the Delivery station anyway. What's the point of "The Delivery to Door" if I go pick up my stuff all by myself anyway? Should have put note/warning on the "The Delivery to Door" option next time, so people know what they expect from it. Also the application UI itself is so laggy not very smooth. Overall I'll rate 2/5*.

Used to be great with the delivery service. I recommended to my friends. Not anymore. The grab driver was supposed to arrive but for some weird reason he can't find my location even though it was clear as day. Can't even get a refund since they have to deliver the package back to the shop. The grab thingy stop using it. Few dollars waste.
