For carers and family members, it is extremely difficult to leave their loved one with a babysitter or another carer due to the different amount of information require, of which the carer needs to be aware.

This includes, but is not limited to:

- when to take it
- what to do if there is an emergency
- what specialities they're under
- what their routine is like
- what triggers they have
