Control Pro brings together daily tracking of work hours, services, travel, expenses, and your professional calendar in a single application.
Record actual working time and keep it separate from billable time. Associate services with clients and locations, use configurable job types, and view your activity by week or fortnight.
Travel is calculated from origin to destination. The app allows you to apply configurable rules for time, distance, price per kilometer, and fixed amounts for short trips.
With Control Pro you can also:
• Organize visits and reminders in a weekly calendar.
• Record actual and reimbursable expenses separately.
• Generate PDF reports for previous fortnights.
• View your work and travel history.
• Communicate via chat and share compressed images.
• Request rate changes and maintain a history of terms and conditions.
Companies have access to a web-based monitoring panel to manage internal services, moderators, licenses, agreements, and service reviews. The terms and conditions regarding working hours, rates, breaks, travel, and equipment are presented for acceptance and signature by both parties.
During the beta period, the Lite plan is free, and the Pro and Business features are only available to accounts with enabled access.
