The app needs work. After downloading it gave points for my very first order. After that, orders have not been saved in order history and points have not been saved. So far it works for picking up an order at my local Nekter. However, when I was on a recent trip I could not place an order at a Nekter in a new town on the way to my destination. It kept saying I had to log in to finish paying, but I wasn't even logged out. Customizing an order takes a while since the buttons are unresponsive too.

the redesign is nice but there's always some disconnect between some deal that's emailed to me and executing it in the app. it makes using the app frustrating and sometimes dissuades me from going to nekter. edit: the coupons in emails get forwarded to the play store and not the app. I can't ever access the coupons via app. update: 2 stars. the app struggles to find locations and reordering a recent purchased item to a different location is impossible. not worth ordering here for points.

This app needs work. Compared to other restaurant & take away apps, it is a clunky early version that needs work to make it more comparable to other apps. 1. When entering data, the use cannot scroll down far enough on an Android smartphone to see that data is being entered. 2. The free smoothie offer is not possible to complete from in the app as it wants the user to download the app to continue but the user is in the app already. The user cannot see and complete the desired information.
