I have had many frustrating experiences with their app and have decided to reduce my stars to 1 until they fix all the issues. - Cannot update the credit card from the profile or payment menu - Cannot Update credit card information from the order page. Tapping on the credit card is unresponsive. - Cannot redeem rewards when the right item (such as bowl or cup of soup) is in the cart. It keeps asking to add the item to the cart when it's already in there. - App is always slow and buggy.

This app is nice and works well. However, for some reason, they made it way more difficult to collect your rewards - the old app could be scanned when you ordered in store, and you'd get your rewards right away. Now you need to ask for the receipt (which usually I forget) and then scan the receipt in order to get your points. Please bring this scan function back.

The original app was pretty good, just some issues with gift cards, & oftentimes the app itself wouldn't work. But now with this new app "powered by Thanks" it's buggy & terrible! The app would not recognize who I was & when I finally did get logged in by trying to place an order, my saved gift cards aren't showing up. I really don't want to miss out on that money! Also, they launched a promo offer today but there's no field at check out for promo code. Cannot recommend until they fix the bugs!
