This app is nice and works well. However, for some reason, they made it way more difficult to collect your rewards - the old app could be scanned when you ordered in store, and you'd get your rewards right away. Now you need to ask for the receipt (which usually I forget) and then scan the receipt in order to get your points. Please bring this scan function back.

The original app was pretty good, just some issues with gift cards, & oftentimes the app itself wouldn't work. But now with this new app "powered by Thanks" it's buggy & terrible! The app would not recognize who I was & when I finally did get logged in by trying to place an order, my saved gift cards aren't showing up. I really don't want to miss out on that money! Also, they launched a promo offer today but there's no field at check out for promo code. Cannot recommend until they fix the bugs!

When signing up it said you get a free entree but it's really just in points that you can't use without purchasing $86 of food! I can't seem to unsubscribe from their emails, no matter what I do. I've explicitly told them I don't want emails. Whatever you do don't scan the receipt for points, try to remember to scan at the register. I scanned the receipt right after I ordered and usually my points show up shortly after but it's been 7 days and they have not shown up. Edit: points never showed up
