Very very poor performance. I understand to offer and make easier clients experience with one platform. However, when Axess focused on one platform and UX, the app has missed the core point and main performance to reach and execute banking application such as credit card statement, mobile pay, etc. Every week the app could not load on Android phone, because the app could not perform loading campaigns & offer page. I would like to use the app as possible as simple and performance oriented.

It would be great if it was like Akbank Direkt, and had an English option to use the app.
