About this app

Akel Logistics is the customer app of a freight company that moves cargo overland from China to Turkmenistan.

You place a request, send your goods to our warehouse in China, and then follow the whole journey on your phone: intake, departure, border, customs and handover in Ashgabat. Nothing has to be confirmed by phone — the status is always in the app.

TRACKING
• Find cargo by tracking code, or scan its barcode
• Step-by-step history: in warehouse, in transit, customs, delivered
• Photos taken when your goods were received
• Push notifications when a status changes or a payment is due

PRICE CALCULATOR
• Quotes by weight, volume, cargo category and route
• An estimated delivery time alongside the price
• Available before you commit to a shipment

SHIPPING REQUESTS
• A request takes a minute: cargo type, route, delivery mode
• History of your requests and shipments
• A personal customer code for the warehouse in China

WAREHOUSES
• Addresses, phone numbers and opening hours along the corridor
• Map pin and an address you can copy with one tap
• The China warehouse address is what you give your seller

SUPPORT
• Chat with an operator who can already see your shipment
• Attach photos and documents to the conversation
• Frequently asked questions and the prohibited cargo list
