Ratings and reviews

There is no customer service if I have a problem I try to contact support and no one replies. Orders come after a long time and so cold. There is no option to change order state if it arrived after time so you can't also rate it. Ratings are not added to restaurant so people can see your bad experience with it. Also service given by the restaurant is very bad.

Terrible, unprofessional team. I waited for 2 hours to deliver my order, contacted them more than once and I get no answer except restaurant is busy. At last they told me there was a problem with a delivery guy and I have to wait for one more hour. And the funny thing when you ask for a number to contact they refuse, and then simply when you remove your app. they call you to confirm order again.

The worst experience ever They sent my order to the wrong branch (pickup order) and I stood in front of the restaurant for half an hour trying to contact customer service then left without having my order!!!! although I paid in front and they didn't even contact me to apologise and blocked my review on their app !!!!!!!
