-Smart HR is with you to manage your team while working remotely. Our application, which does not require installation, can be used immediately for your company.
-Even if your team is remote, you can continue your work such as leave, performance and expense reporting.
Your employees just need to create their own profiles after starting work. The profile becomes active with the approval of the administrators. During these processes, users are informed via e-mail.
-In the smart HR application, all requests and approvals are transmitted both as notification and e-mail. This way, your employees will never be disconnected even if they work remotely.
-Your employees' birthdays and work anniversaries are celebrated automatically. Announcements are made both in the application and sent by e-mail.
-You can add Leave, Office Day, Expense Notification and Performance Form according to your authority by clicking a single + sign.
-We know that it is difficult to keep track of teams in a Hybrid Working environment. For this purpose, you can find a calendar in which office days are marked in the Smart HR application. All you have to do is mark the teamwork style as Hybrid.
-Receiving leave requests and reporting remaining leaves
Thanks to the smart HR application, employees can enter their leave requests.
Leave requests become valid after administrator approval. If leave is waived, employees can cancel their request. Cancellation requests are also deleted after confirmation.
Employees can view their remaining leave balance. Additionally, Managers can obtain the leave status of all employees in Excel format by obtaining a leave report.
-You can now track the devices registered to your employees from the Smart HR application and automatically prepare delivery and pickup records.
