This is from my experience in their old app. Very bad customer service. I received a damaged item and wanted to return it, used the function in the app it's been 12 days and no one contacted. Now after they changed the app my order disappeared. No number to call and emailing customer support takes 3 days to answer without giving any solution. Wanted to add that there is no option to call or contact customer service in this app 👎🏻👎🏻

Worst app ever, my first online order and I received missing items in the package including one item that got cancelled from the order without any notification of refund and above all there's no customer service! they ignore calls and messages and if they happen to answer, they would disconnect while you're in conversation

"Very bad app. It used to be good, but after the update nothing works. I can’t log in — an error keeps appearing, which is very frustrating, and I’m unable to buy products. Please fix the issue in this app so I can make purchases."
