Payment withdrawn from my card, then error occurred in the app, subsequently the order is not placed. No one is picking up the phone or texting back. 👎 The worst experience

One of the offers was not accurate, and I after I redeemed the voucher of 50 sar from Avocado App. they requested to purchase over 150 sar to be able to use the 50 sar discount voucher. this is not clear from the beginning before redeem the Voucher. it was a bad experience. 👎🏻
