AkiTorg mobile trading is designed to automate the work of sales representatives and merchandisers. Collection of orders, payment, photo report of the merchandiser, control of mobile employees, printing of receipts on invoices (FZ-54). Easily integrates into 1C.

Operational access while working on the route of your mobile sales representative to all the necessary information for each client: accounts receivable, current balances of goods in stock, price of goods, sales history, amount of the order made, limits. The “Photo report” document allows the merchandiser to create a photo report with photos attached to a specific position or client.

Thanks to the use of the GPS coordinate system, it becomes possible to track the start and end times of the sales representative “in the fields”; the route along which the sales representative moves, which ultimately leads to increased discipline and responsibility of staff. All key actions of the mobile sales representative are stored in the transaction log, which subsequently allows you to build the optimal system of employee motivation, as well as increases the discipline of working with money received from the client.

The sales representative, while working at the point, picks up an order, taking into account the real stock of goods in the warehouse, which reduces the possibility of short delivery of goods, and the CPC also controls the restrictions set for each specific point - limits, debt, and so on.
