It offers a highly visual display with options to notify you a sound notification or vibration alert when SLA alarms are triggered - perfect if you are in a meeting, on the road or working remotely.
The Akixi app also includes the option to benefit from enhanced functionality with ACD Agent reporting and control. With this option enabled by your Akixi reseller or Service Provider, you are able to view ACD Agent lists and statistics, BLF reports, as well as control an agent’s status, for example, changing their do-not-disturb status or setting their not-available codes.
