Cancelled my account for seemingly no reason, kept it closed despite me sending the documents they requested and the verification process was hell. I had to repeat the camera and ID pics processes more than 5 times, including the NFC reading. Not worth it, do not use. There are tonnes of better alternatives available. Now I can't even request the deletion of my account nor the personal and financial sensitive info I shared with them and it pisses me off.

i can't verify my id card as it doesn't even take me to the point where i add my documents. I brought their card for 100tl and it went completely wasted and i regret every bit of it. What's the point of making you buy the card when you can't even use the bank or its application. I demand a solution or the refund for the card since its pointless if I can't even use the bank!

I Love The App, Very Simple and Easy to Use, although it's only in Turkish lang, it's still easy to navigate, I just have issue with it being TOO SLOW WHRN OPENNING, it takes around 30-45 seconds to open. This wasn't the case before. I hope they get it fixed as soon as possible because it's really annoying.
