1. Contact
A feature that lists contact information for various services, such as AC, sofa, electronics, sewing, water, gas, and more.
2. Report Sir
A complaint feature that can then be followed up by the developer or security. These include complaints about cracked walls, leaking roof tiles, fallen trees, leaking pipes, piled-up trash, illegal parking, and more.
3. Emergency Button
This feature functions as an emergency assistance button that provides immediate response from security personnel. These include issues such as being trapped inside, theft, fire, and other incidents.
