The worst part is they charge delivery fee and distance delivery fee and still food not be delivered saying we can't deliver to your location, my questions is then why on earth you are charging distance delivery fees then??? After the last two updates this app had gone from bad to worse, usually its opposite inbother apps 🙃

Such a worst app ever. If the food is ready from the restaurant end,they don't know whom to contact for delivery.. At last we will get stale food ( not fresh).worst experience all the time for delivery time. Last time i got at sleeping time (around 12 am). But i ordered at 8 pm. It is not first time, many times. So i am going to uninstall from now itself. Talabat and get dukan is much good i think. The funniest thing is that we are ordering food, not electronic components. Thank you.

This is the worst app to order food, wish to give 0 stars as there is literally 0 support for customer service, Restaurants blame application drivers and in app customer service doesn't care what problems u are facing, worst food Restaurants, worst service and top off all deliveries time almost 1 to 2 hrs delay always without support. Best to Uninstall this app never order food from them.
