The bracelet works fantastically well, taking all the stress out of monitoring blood pressure after open heart surgery. It connects perfectly with an iPad. My experience of trying to connect it to a Pixel 9 Pro, however, has been horrific and is still unresolved. I first made contact with Support on the 12th of January. 30 emails later I last heard from Support on the 6th of February. By that stage they were suggesting fixes for a second time. I guess they don't know how to fix this

The overall bracelet idea is great and works reasonably well. However, I see two drawbacks in the app: 1. The app can only be started and hence (even worse), the bracelet can only be synchronized with a connection to the Aktiia Server. No way of checking the data during a flight, cruise etc. 2. Reports are only available as single month PDFs - no PDF with multiple months available. A machine readable export, e.g. json, csv, would make the data product much more usable.

Syncing issues also with the latest version. Once you miss to input you sleep time, they is no way to update it. If you sleep during the day, there is no way to input if and keep track of that. The charger uses micro USB, not USB-C, a pain when you travel since you need to carry an extra cable. Also need to use a different USB hub since my standard one is nowadays USB-C.
