I just got the app this morning and I've had a terrible experience, I tried login in and it kept saying something went wrong,it takes forever for me to receive the otp code,and I still can't login

I haven't been able to access my account since the recent update. I'll enter my login detail, click on login and it loads and that's all. I have uninstalled and installed it again...try all sort...all negative. I have sent an email to support and haven't received any feedback aside the acknowledgement email which I suppose is automated. Please help me gain access so i can remove my small change completely. Abeg.
