Would give it a zero if I could. I can never get logged in anymore and when I reset my password, it gives me an error message when I use the updated password. This app has the least functionality of any banking app, ever. You can't look up hardly any information about your account, including outstanding loan balance. It looks like something a high schooler in an introductory coding class made on their very first classroom assignment.

I love Global Credit Union, I have had accounts with them for over 20+ Years The app is easy to use, extremely user friendly, and effective for handling 90% of my banking needs. With a few simple clicks, I can transfer money from one account to another; my own or another Global member. I can view my spending and income in a simple graph 📊 as well as a list of transactions. If you don't have accounts with Global, I highly recommend getting one. If you already have accounts, get this app!

Worst banking app I've dealt with. Even with my fingerprint login, it requires me to enter a code sent via text message every single login. The app doesn't show pending debit card transactions. The "available balance" doesn't update with pending transactions. This is really hard to keep track of, I use the app instead of a check register! The old Global app was way better. The app looks fancy, but it's a pain.
