Loan payments for my auto loan that occurred more than 2 months ago have the wrong amount (appears to be the principle only amount instead of principle + interest). The two most recent payments are correct (principle + interest); payment amounts viewed in the old app are all the same amount (like I would expect). Edit 7/13/2024 - This still has not been addressed. All payments prior to March of 2023 are still displayed incorrectly.

Horrible new app. The previous app and website were easy use, even in rural areas without high speed connections. The new app constantly shuts down and will not update my credentials for other accounts inside the app. It is difficult to navigate and doesn't tell you simple information like your credit card balance at a glance (though it does show you how much remaining credit you have). I have been a global cu member for 24 years but looking to change banks after this. NOT USER FRIENDLY!

This app is easy to use and fun. I like the features and options. The display is great. You can customize it to show reoccurring charges, add notes, and change categories. All menu items are clear and easy to navigate. I like the option to have thumbnails for each place you spend money at, rather than just a list, I find it easier to see. The ability to chart your spending and to budget is great. Great app, no issues!
