Ratings and reviews

The app doesn't work half the time. Try to make a boarding reservation with the app and the calendar doesn't even work. Now I am trying to make a reservation again and keep getting a Server Internal Error so I can't even log in. I go to the website and it directs me to use the app. This app was more useful a year ago so don't know what happened to it since it's pretty basic.

The app is not as I expected. I have to use the web version in order to book any boarding reservations precisely or any specific grooming appointments at all. I can confirm our furbabies have a reservation, but that's pretty much it. That being said, we are very satisfied with the staff we've encountered, and our five (5) furbabies seem happy to be there!

App sucks. Nothing opens. Website is just as bad. No descriptions of the services, types of boarding facilities or hours of operations. I am a loyal customer of the Disney location. Staff and facility is great but without any information on the Website how does anyone know. I have watched many potential customers come in only to be turned away because they didn't have the required paperwork for their pets.
