iALERT is the Telematics solution being offered by Ashok Leyland to fleet operators. It is developed using state-of-the-art technologies, enabling fleet operators to monitor the whereabouts, status and health of their vehicles. It comprises of a variety of features such as track and trace, vehicle health monitoring and diagnostics, trend graphs of time series data, events and alerts, service reminders and fleet summary reports for improving productivity, performance and safety, resulting in better profits.

The all new iALERT 3.0 comes with a host of upgrades like rich user interface design, simple 2- click navigation to key features, better application response time and most of the web features supported in mobile platforms, for enhancing the user experience. It is completely in-house developed, owned and operated by Ashok Leyland.

Really buggy app. Doesn't provide real time data about the vehicle location and other vitals. Leyland being such a big company should atleast put some effort in improving their systems. Even the customer care numbers do not pick up the calls. Was planning to buy the fuel pilferage subscribtion but it's not worth spending a single penny. Would really appreciate if it gets fixed.

Very 3rd quality developer had developed the app. Once you open this app it will consume 150 mb data if you check location once. Previous version was good at all. No response from their customer executives. We are transporters and not in a location where Wi-Fi is available, We have to use mobile data with limited usages. If issue not solved then will switch to another GPS service next time. Revised comment on 08-02-2022 New update is nice. My issue solved for data consumption.

Many bugs. Tracking is not accurate some times. We need to refresh to get actual location of truck. Some times when truck is stopped it shows sign in green (running mode) . Some times tracking stops and it shows truck is standing in its position but actualy it has been reached some where else... after few hours tracking directly shifts to trucks location and the route which truck has covered is not shown.
