What a terrible business, what a terrible tracker! Their website boasts: NO MONTHLY FEES! Which is true, since you can only buy an (expensive) annual subscription. Which you have to buy if you want more than a brick. Want alerts? I sure hope that 3am email wakes you up! You can also get SMS texts, too -- you can buy SMS "credits" starting at $5. Maybe a 3am text will wake you up better than an email. The app is low quality, too. Shady business, low quality product, but expensive, so there's that
None of that is accurate and if you would call us we can explain how everything works. We push notifications through the app to notify you so you don't need SMS or email. It comes with 3 years of airtime and you don't have buy anything else other than yearly airtime after the 3 years. You don't get all the alerts the dealer sold you our battery

Horrible. Had a year of service and never during that year did it track my bikes actual location! Always lists a different location (and not of places I've been). I called and spoke to representatives that state, "You'll just need to restart the app." I let the account run out and will not renew. App is buggy, and the company is selling a false sense of security.
