Horrible. Had a year of service and never during that year did it track my bikes actual location! Always lists a different location (and not of places I've been). I called and spoke to representatives that state, "You'll just need to restart the app." I let the account run out and will not renew. App is buggy, and the company is selling a false sense of security.

Does a decent job. Definitely has a lot of lag from when the vehicle is moved when it is originally geolocked and/or geofenced. I've gone 5-10 minutes down the road before an alert is sent which can make all the difference in the event of a theft, especially when a thief who knows what they're doing can find and disconnect the unit in that amount of time, which would possibly leave it long gone before an alert is given. Edit 2: Hasn't alerted geofence exit or geolock movement in the past 5 days.

this thing is straight junk, not only does the thing simply not track in any kind of real time, the login is HORRENDOUS. it forgets your password then it takes DAYS for it to send you the "verification code" to reset. in addition to that it shares your location to advertisers to sell.
