The app simply does not work. I tried it a few months ago and tried it again now. Same issues. It works on start up and asks me to sign in with my account. It sends a verification code and I put in the number and....nothing. It does not sign me in and the app stops loading. If I close the app and reopen it, nothing will load and it still won't let me sign in. If I Uninstall the app and then reinstall it, it works again but only until I have to sign in. Then it breaks again.

Wasted nearly 1 hour for a lunch order of 2 regular sushi rolls at the columbia location on a Friday. I placed the order at 11:40am on the app to time a 12pm lunch pick up. It took 40 minutes for the order status to change from "placed" to "processing" and another 15 to make the food. At the time, there were only 2 tables occupied with 2-3 people each. The kitchen had a full staff, and there were 3 people working the floor, including a manager. I was offered a free soft drink for the delay.

Keep getting Internet is down errors - whether or not my WiFi is on or not. I have a Samsung 9 with its own Internet connection too. Frustrating ...
