The app is temperamental at times, the inside ordering is a little simpler. the drinks are good, a little pricey, but in the area we go it's worth it for the convenient location. The service is always friendly, they don't always speak a lot of English, but I don't find that to be an issue, my order is always correct and made within 5-10 minutes. the atmosphere inside is so peaceful and cozy, comfortable seating. great boba place.

Literally doesn't work. Every time I try to use my points I get nothing off even at the counter. So are the points just placebo?

Love the coffee drinks here. Do not understand the purpose of the order ahead app. Have use it 3 times. My drink is never ready when I arrive. The cup is on the counter and when I tell them I have amobil order they start to make it. If they are busy then I have to wait even longer.
