Horrible service and lack of commitment. I paid for the water refill service more than one month ago and still have not received anything. I called multiple times with no answer. When someone finally responded, I was promised the refill would be delivered within one day, yet one full week has passed with no action. Taking payment without providing the service is completely unacceptable.

I regret paying upfront for my order. After 10 days my order is still unfulfilled. The balance is showing in my wallet. But the delivery guy says I have no balance. I contacted support 4 times. Every agent said I have balance and they would resolve the issue the next day. Still order is not fulfilled. If you want to risk using this app, I advise to use COD as payment method.

Good water. I usually order with Amazon. I tried this app, and the water wasn't delivered in 3 days, so I decided to cancel the order. It was pretty difficult, and I didn't manage to get a refund.
