Horrible service and lack of commitment. I paid for the water refill service more than one month ago and still have not received anything. I called multiple times with no answer. When someone finally responded, I was promised the refill would be delivered within one day, yet one full week has passed with no action. Taking payment without providing the service is completely unacceptable.

Very disappointed! I ordered an Al Ain Water 5 gallon bottle 4 days ago the delivery date showed within 2 days, but the product was never delivered. I contacted customer support twice, and both times they promised it would arrive the next working day. Now the order status suddenly shows cancelled without any explanation. Very poor service and communication.

I regret paying upfront for my order. After 10 days my order is still unfulfilled. The balance is showing in my wallet. But the delivery guy says I have no balance. I contacted support 4 times. Every agent said I have balance and they would resolve the issue the next day. Still order is not fulfilled. If you want to risk using this app, I advise to use COD as payment method.
