I recharged my wallet via app for 200AED, balance is not reflected in the application. I logged in to website, it was reflected there. However after buying few bottles and deduction from wallet, the balance disappear on website as well. App is not getting updated, neither with waller nor with order details.

the agent is not informative on the process on how to order or buy. initially ordering by whatsapp and done. they gave initial price, we paid, item is delivered, but they are delaying the invoice because the price changed and is asking for additional payment. will never order again.

Good water. I usually order with Amazon. I tried this app several times, and the water wasn't delivered in 7+ days, so I decided to cancel the order. It was pretty difficult, and I didn't manage to get a refund. So I returned to Amazon.
