Good water. I usually order with Amazon. I tried this app several times, and the water wasn't delivered in 3+ days, so I decided to cancel the order. It was pretty difficult, and I didn't manage to get a refund. So I returned to Amazon.

Since 15 May 2026, I have repeatedly requested the refund of my bottle security deposit. Unfortunately, despite several follow-ups, I have received nothing but excuses and apologies from the Al Ain management. The driver has already collected the empty bottles from our house, so there is no reason for any further delay. However, as of 27 June 2026, the refund amount has still not been credited to my wallet. This delay is unacceptable. Kindly process the refund immediately.

Top uped my account and 50 aed is gone. Not showing anywhere. Cannot get in touch with anyone on what's app says I don't have an account.
