Horrible service and lack of commitment. I paid for the water refill service more than one month ago and still have not received anything. I called multiple times with no answer. When someone finally responded, I was promised the refill would be delivered within one day, yet one full week has passed with no action. Taking payment without providing the service is completely unacceptable.

I regret paying upfront for my order. After 10 days my order is still unfulfilled. The balance is showing in my wallet. But the delivery guy says I have no balance. I contacted support 4 times. Every agent said I have balance and they would resolve the issue the next day. Still order is not fulfilled. If you want to risk using this app, I advise to use COD as payment method.

If you have any issue with delivery or anything and cancelling their service they wouldn't return the money in your wallet. Whatever amount is there in wallet they will take it(even if you don't use any service for that amount)
