It was a good app, but recently it's been having issues. Mainly with the inappropriate ratio of funding with funders. Many people, including me, are unable to fund the projects because we were late by a couple seconds. Also, there is no notifications to show that new fundings are available. I've raised the issue with the Customer Service but the answer was not satisfactory. Fun fact is, after I raised my concern, there was an available spot in the current funding. Previously it was at 100%. That sure makes me wonder if the employees put their money in the app. Either way, there should be a new rule on the funding. Either to have a maximum limit, or promote a compounding service, or be open about their employees using company's knowledge to fund faster than casual funders like me.

This is actually a good app. The problem is the performance is not too good. It's way too heavy. The notification of new funding opportunities are also very late. Also, there is a serious lack of explanation of the arabic funding model names. What do they mean, give us a simulation/visual aids. I doubt users are familiar with sharia terms.

It's really good apps. Simple, easy to use and secure. I can login in blink of eye with biometric sensor. This app can help people invest their money to productive sector. Its necessary to help economics wheels especially during pandemic. So keep it good works ALAMI.
