Ratings and reviews

This app does not function well. When we try to change the temperature from our phones, it won't load or change. You can't access the doorbell camera when someone rings the bell so by the time it finally shows, the person is gone. Accessing the indoor cameras also take a long time to load. It's very frustrating when it is for security.

I signed up for Fluent in 2019. In the last couple of years, how the company operates has progressively become more and more sketchy. All these battery alerts are rarely the battery but a faulty piece of equipment you need to purchase. The prices are high!It has become a money grab, and nothing is covered. There is no point in having a contract with them. I have lost trust in them. Honestly, I wonder if anything would happen other than loud beeping on the control panel if a break-in occurred.

Horrible! There definitely is a reason they make you sign a contract. And, if you do not cancel a month before your contract ends, they tell you that your contact gets automatically signed for another 5 years. I would NEVER recommend! Have been with them since 2019, thank God thus will be over next month!!
