around late 2024 early 2025 the app stopped updating current status, and shows faulty results. While the status is green it will show you orange or vice versa. Support? they provide absolutely no support at all, they let you chase your tail in the menu. You have to kill the app every time and relaunch because you can't trust that the alarm is off (green) and you will wake up the whole household.

horrible. not just the app but also the equipment, customer service, price, and service. equipment breaks frequently and they mess up billing for warranty replacements. alarm says it is off but then triggers anyway and they cannot diagnose or resolve the issue. locks report inaccurate status info in app. video recording is complicated and there are no instructions or guidance only to learn months into the service that you have not been recording this whole time. customer service know nothing.

Outrageous! I initially enjoyed having Frontline in my home for the first few years we had them.. When they updated the home panel 2 years ago everything changed. I have struggled with customer support for the length of my contract to get my billing correct. Noone cares! You spend hours on hold just to find the same issues the next month. You can instantly get help if you want to upgrade your service, but not if you have a legitimate issue. GOOD LUCK!
