Frontpoint was one of the best companies for alarm systems but they, and their app, have gone down the drain. Nothing seems to work right anymore. Try to call in and they have huge wait times and throw you into a callback queue. When they do call you back they must psychically know when you are working or in the bathroom. Then of course that's it from them, you have to start all over. The equipment setup in the app doesnt work right, especially for adding new equipment. Avoid.

Don't go with this company! They don't call when the alarm is set off, pin is misentered, or your system is completely powered down! The contract states that you pay for monitoring when the alarm is set and they never called me during any of the scenarios listed above that could be caused by many scenarios involving burglary, home invasions, someone cutting power to the home etc. They will charge you and charge a cancelation fee even while THEY don't abide by the contract! my Est loss:$400+

They used to be a great company back in 2016, it's just the opposite now. Last year they forced us to replace our alarm panel due to mobile network change and also forced another 3 year contract. After that we noticed that the company has changed a lot. The panel they sent was not a real alarm panel, but a cheap generic android tablet with a very amateur UI implemented on top. You need to call and wait on hold to change simple settings and the call wait times are awful. Not recommended anymore
