App has terrible synchronization with the home system. I just walked into my home and set off the alarm after the app showed it was disarmed. I refreshed the app several times to be sure it was disarmed, but the alarm timer was still initiated when I entered my home. I tried to run the "Home" scene to disarm it, as "disarm" wasn't an option due to the app saying the system was already disarmed. I could hear the system say, "System Disarmed," but the timer continued, and my alarm triggered.

Not user friendly. I've been using this app for over a year and still can't figure certain things out like how to set the scenes. Please make the app easier to figure out the ppl that are not tech savy.. Update: I just got a new phone and cannot remember my password, the only way to reset the password is with a security question which is not accepting my answer that I know is correct. So now I cannot use the app or contact anyone.

I loved the app because it would allow me to adjust the temperature at any time because it kept me logged in. However, I just installed it on my new phone, & have to reset my password everytime I use it. I see that I have successfully changed my password, but the next time I log in, it says the combination is wrong. Most inconvenient.
